Instructions for oral presentations (confirmed speakers only):

If you will have a lecture (oral presentation) at the event, please indicate so in the registration form. Please send us an abstract for your lecture by February 28, 2024. The abstracts will be available in the event Abstract book in PDF format. Please, use this template for the abstract. Abstracts should be sent to Karolina Krausova. The deadline for sending the final version of your presentation (in PowerPoint or PDF format) is May 1, 2024.

Instructions for poster presentations:

If you plan to present a poster at the event, please indicate so in the registration form. The poster should be a standard poster size (A0, 841x1189 mm). Please note, that poster printing is not available on-site. All posters should be printed beforehand. Please send us your poster abstract until February 28, 2024. The abstracts will be available in the event Abstract book in PDF format. Please, use this template for the abstract. Abstracts should be sent to Karolina Krausova.
