Travel and accommodation funding

Brief information on travel and accommodation funding during the Final iNext-Discovery consortium meeting (until 13 June)

Partner representatives (incl. invited speakers): travel expenses will be covered from the project travel budget from the sending partner, accommodation will be covered by CEITEC MUNI (the amount of free places is limited by the budget, we count with covering 70 people. So, depending on the interest in the event, we might be able to cover accommodation for all, or at least most of partners).
SAB, Industry and User panel members: travel costs and accommodation will be covered by NKI.
External invited speakers: travel and accommodation will be covered by CEITEC MUNI.
Users: travel expenses will be covered by a partner institution, where the visit took place, accommodation will be covered by CEITEC MUNI.
Additional nights at the hotel (from 9 until 10 June and from 13 until 14 June) should be reserved and paid by the participants themselves.
Other participants (not belonging to above mentioned cathegories) will cover their travel and accommodation expenses by themselves. Accommodation options with special conference prices are HERE.
